Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for the implementation of LEED and Well projects to ensure they meet owner and relevant regulatory requirements;

2、Evaluate the project and propose green measures for drawings and technical data as well as on site;

3、Directing design institutes and contractors to implement green measures in accordance with LEED or WELL requirements;

4、Familiar with professional simulation software, such as ENERGYPLUS, EQUEST, ECOTECT, LCA, etc.;

5、Familiarity with LEED and WELL standards, understanding of the certification process;

6、Manage and co-ordinate their projects independently;

7、Familiar with and understand various simulation software, and can use skillfully;

8、Conduct economic analysis of relevant green measures and make the best choice for owners or design institutes.

Requirements:

1、Bachelor degree or above, engineering engineering background, 1-3 years of relevant experience;

2、Green Construction and LEED project consulting experience is preferred;

3、Stream communication using English;

4、Have good communication and teamwork skills.

5、Requires a short business trip.
