暖通工程师/MEP Engineer

工作地点：上海    学历：全日制本科以上      工作年限：2年以上       语言要求：英语熟练

Responsibilities:

1. As part of the Project Management Team to ensure the project is completed within time, cost and quality.

2. Assist in construction planning and sequence.

3. Coordinate and resolve technical and construction issues with owner, consultants/ designer, supervision company and contractors with minimum supervision

4. Review design drawings, relevant interface between various contracting parties, and related vendor drawings

5. Participate in project procurement, including pre-qualification and tendering process

6. Review and monitor manpower schedule and projection, material & equipment delivery schedule submitted by contractors.

7. Prepares reports as requested by project manager and maintain proper records of project activities.

8. Review and administer field change notices, additional and variation work orders and claims

9. Audit contractor progress payment request regularly and final account.

10. Monitor the activities of contractors including installation of materials, equipment, etc to ensure compliance with plans, drawings and specifications

Requirements:

1. University Degree or above, major in HVAC, Mechanical, Water Supply and Drainage, Electrical or any other relevant engineering discipline

2. Proficiency in computer skills, English fluency is desirable

3. Good planning, communication and co-ordination skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills

4. Mature, dynamic

5. Integrity, positive, self-initiated, self motivated, good team player
